Lola's Helping Hand has been supporting needy families since 1995.
With assistance from the school principal of Rabon Elementary and good friends from the community and the local banks, the students and their families receive 100% of all the money sent. There are hundreds of deserving students who are waiting for assistance. It is our hope that you will help us help them.

Thelma Clark-Santiago received an award from the Philippine Dept of Education in appreciation for the help that Lola's Helping Hand has given to Rabon Elementary School, San Fabian, Philippines.

Fresh Water! {view photos}
Lola's Helping Hand received a request from the principal at Rabon Elementary School, Ms. Teresa Javier for a water system for the school. For a number of years, the students brought a bucket of water each day to use during class time for sanitation and hygiene. Lola's Helping Hand completed the project in 2 steps within 1 year. First the well was dug, then the pump and housing were installed. Today there is running water in the bathroom and classrooms. There are hundreds of schools like Rabon Elementary that need our help. Last year, the enrollment jumped from 331 to 458 students.
